Zahra Ahmed is an Associate Attorney at Hanna & Brophy, based in the Oakland office. Zahra earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis and her law degree from California Western School of Law. Before joining Hanna & Brophy, Zahra gained valuable experience working in her in-house roles, providing legal guidance on risk management, employee claims, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on experience in the corporate world enables her to offer practical and effective solutions for clients facing complex legal challenges.

Zahra’s work has been recognized in the November/December 2022 issue of San Diego Lawyer Magazine. She is also a 2024 recipient of the ACC Scholarship Award, a testament to her commitment to excellence and legal development.

When she’s not at the office, Zahra enjoys a quiet moment at a coffee shop with her favorite book.
