Tiffany Gruenberg

ABOUT

Tiffany Gruenberg is an Associate at Hanna Brophy’s Orange County Office, where her practice focuses on worker’s compensation defense on behalf of employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers.

Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Tiffany worked at multiple national civil litigation defense firms. She has ample litigation experience including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California. She is adept at finding novel legal arguments and has been successful in positioning cases to be dismissed via dispositive motions.

Tiffany obtained her J.D. from University of La Verne, College of Law. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Contracts, Sales, Torts, and Criminal Law. During her time at La Verne, she earned the Anna Rahm Scholarship and the Scholarship for Justice Endowed for her academic achievements. In her final year, Tiffany received the National Order of Scribes Award for outstanding legal writing.

Tiffany also volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, providing legal services to low-income families. She enjoys teaching and imparting her love for the law on others and served as an adjunct professor, teaching Legal Environment of Business at the University of La Verne.

Prior to attending law school, she earned her M.S.W. from the University of Southern California and provided mental health services to children, families, and veterans.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include supporting Notre Dame and the Broncos, traveling and trying every new sushi joint!
