Talia Reyes has been in the Industry for Workers Compensation for approximate 21 years. Started in the lien representation field representing medical providers. After 12 years of experience, she started her own business doing lien representation over all Southern California and Northern California represented a various of providers of different specialties. It was very successful she employed 15 staff members who were very competent in the workers compensation and had an amazing team. Then Covid19 interrupted her business and moved on.

Talia started her new challenge which is working for one of the best Defense Law Firm in all Southern and Northern California as hearing representative. She attends Lien related hearings and negotiate settlements. Manage a High-volume caseload consisting of lien files. She prepares, draft, obtain, and file legal documents. Perform research relevant to various workers’ compensation cases. Communicate with relevant parties involved in workers’ compensation lien claims including attorneys, lien claimants and claims adjusters. Travel to assigned Workers Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) locations.
