Sam defends insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and governmental entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation. During law school, he gained experience as a student intern at Pepperdine’s Community Justice Clinic where he helped underprivileged clients with a multitude of legal issues. Additionally, he was a student Intern at Pepperdine’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic where he helped indigent clients with various tax law issues. Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, he worked as a tax attorney in Los Angeles, representing clients before the IRS and the State Department of Revenue.
