Sam Khajenoori

Sam Khajenoori is an experienced attorney with a focus on workers’ compensation and CalPERS Industrial Disability Retirement cases. Sam received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and she started working at Hanna Brophy in 2019.

She specializes in representing private self-insured employers, public entities, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and CalPERS Industrial Disability Retirement cases. Sam has extensive experience in public safety officer (police/fire) and Industrial Disability Retirement defense, and 132a allegations. She is a skilled negotiator and litigator, dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

In addition to her legal work, Sam is fluent in both English and Farsi and enjoys playing tennis and reading in her free time.
