Our longtime partner, Frank Lem, is now “of Counsel” and continues to work and assist all of the attorneys in the Sacramento and Stockton offices. Frank joined the Sacramento office in 1985 when the office was undergoing major personnel changes. His extensive civil litigation background made him a natural choice for subrogation cases and has been answering our general questions for years on these topics.  He was elected to partner status in 1990. He is well known for office artifacts, items that survived the 1991 HB Sacramento fire.  Frank introduced us to Dragon and the use of laptops which led to the paperless computer system we now have. He is continuing to work with Project Miami and the upcoming introduction and launch of our new system “PULSE”.  He can be found along the American River Parkway in his recumbent bike and enjoys visiting his daughter in the Bay Area or his son in Michigan.  Congratulations Frank on a job well done!
