Mr. Bakke has been involved in the Practice of Worker’s Compensation litigation since 1983. He has been a certified specialist since 1993 and has served on The State Bar’s Worker’s Compensation Specialization Committee. Prior to joining Hanna Brophy in 2023 Mr. Bakke practiced with The Law Offices of C. Robert Bakke for 12 years, where aggressive defense of cases and customer service for the clients was the firm’s hallmark. Mr. Bakke brings extensive litigation and trial experience and over 30 years of experience with public entity and safety officer claims to Hanna Brophy, where he hopes to learn even more and gain new experience in order to stay atop the ever-changing Worker’s Compensation Landscape.
