ABOUT

Aaron Hemmings is a Certified Specialist in California Workers’ Compensation Law and has spoken at numerous workers’ compensation seminars, and has presented for insurance companies, self-insured employers, claims organizations, public entities and attorneys, covering a breadth of workers’ compensation topics and changes in statutory and case law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hemmings was a managing shareholder at a large statewide workers compensation defense firm and for over 20 years he has aggressively and successfully represented both private and public employers in all facets of workers’ compensation with a focus on proactively moving cases to full and final conclusion in a manner most beneficial to the client’s interests, amicable or otherwise.  He also frequently leads regular file reviews with an emphasis on case resolution.

Mr. Hemmings is an avid supporter of Wounded Warriors Project, Episcopal Relief & Development, and non-profit organizations designed to assist children with special needs. He has also participated in fund raising walks for the Ventura County Diversity Collective
