California’s benefits and mileage rates have been modified as of January 1, 2017 as follows:
- Minimum Weekly TD Rate: $175.88 (based upon a minimum AWE of $263.82)
- Maximum Weekly TD Rate: $1,172.57 (based upon a maximum AWE of $1,758.85)
- Mileage Rate: $0.535 per mile
Also, the State Average Weekly Earnings (SAWE) is now at $1,164.51 (an increase of 3.9119% over last year).
Please note that the minimum PD rate of $160 per week as well as the maximum PD rate of $290 per week have not changed.
