Raylene Kastner

ABOUT

Raylene rejoined Hanna Brophy in March 2024 as a paralegal. She previously worked for Hanna Brophy from 1996 to 2003 as the office manager and paralegal for the Riverside office. Raylene has 34 years of experience in workers’ compensation. Her specialty is permanent disability ratings.

Raylene earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton in 1989. She started her workers’ compensation career in 1990 when she became a claims adjuster. She was later promoted to be a senior litigation adjuster. Raylene earned her IEA Workers’ Compensation Claims Association Certificate in 1993, as well as her Self-Insured Certificate in 1994. Her career path changed when she started working for Hanna Brophy in 1996. Since that time, Raylene has experience as an independent permanent disability rater, and she has worked for both defense and applicant law firms.

In Raylene’s free time, she enjoys swimming and going to the beach to boogie board with her family.
