Shruti Baweja

ABOUT

Shruti Baweja joined the Hana Brophy Orange County Office in February of 2023. She brings with her 20 years of experience in workers compensation.  She has defended self-insured employers, public entities, and insurance companies in all aspects of California workers Compensation Litigation.

Shruti earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Law School of Sacramento and was admitted to the State Bar in 2003. While in Law School, she had the opportunity to intern at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in the Major Crimes Division and had the opportunity to work on a few high profile cases.

She graduated University of California Irvine in 1997 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and Minor in Chemistry.

Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Shruti worked for Tobin Lucks, was in house for Travelers and worked with the Law Offices of Brian Riley.

When she is not working, Shruti enjoys Pilates, reading, and spending time with her husband and three children.
