Frank Lem represents a variety of insurance carriers, self-insured private employers, joint powers agencies, and public entities in the defense of workers’ compensation claims as well as Labor Code section 132a and serious & willful petitions.

Mr. Lem completed his undergraduate work at Westmont College, graduating summa cum laude in 1976, Phi Kappa Phi, with a double major in English literature and political science.

Mr. Lem graduated with his J.D. degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1979. He practiced insurance defense for six years before joining Hanna Brophy in the fall of 1985. He became a partner at Hanna Brophy in 1990.
